Whether you prefer practicing alone or in a group, are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, private lessons allow you to have your own personal instruction. Our highly qualified instructor will design a program specific to your needs. We work with you to ensure you move your body correctly to obtain maximum benefits and efficiency and progress throughout the Pilates repertoire. A private session is all about you.
Prefer to workout with a companion or spouse, try a semi-private. Both clients will receive personal body queuing while performing the same exercises.
At Profound Body Pilates and Movement Studio, we keep class sizes small (max. 4 students) to make sure everyone gets individual attention from our instructor. Our tailored approach to group classes allows us to observe and monitor your movement as you progress – something that is not always possible in larger classes. We rotate through a schedule of thoughtfully designed programming to continuously keep the classes fresh, interesting and challenging.
Learn and embrace the basic principles of STOTT PILATES® and how to apply this core strengthening knowledge to essential and intermediate level mat work exercises. Small equipment may be used in these classes.
Take your workout to new heights with essential and intermediate STOTT PILATES® reformer exercises including box work.
This is a reformer class utilizing the jump boards. A plyometric workout applying the basic principles of STOTT PILATES®. This class boost your cardio experience and basic metabolic rate.
Enjoy a class using the tower apparatus. This class will challenge your ability to control springs to improve core stability while also improving your flexibility.
This class will combine both the tower and the reformer for an exciting new set of exercises. Small weighted balls and fitness circles may also be incorporated.
Re-establish your underlying organization pattering with this feel good workout. Perfect for anybody who needs to improve co-ordination for sports or just for everyday life. You will feel refreshed both mentally and physically.
Our ZEN•GA® class was designed with the science of fascial fitness and health in mind. Specific moves will help open up your lines, re-balance your body and improve balance.
This class is done mostly standing while using the ballet barres for support. We will target your legs, hips, arms and abdominals.
